Connection Issues
Something not working? Here's how to fix the most common problems.
Google Ads
I don't see my account in the list after signing in
The Google account you used doesn't have access to the Google Ads account you're looking for. Sign in with a different Google account, or ask the account owner to grant you Standard or Admin access at ads.google.com → Tools → Access & Security.
Connection worked but no data appears
Your Google Ads account may have no active campaigns. Check directly at ads.google.com to confirm there is data to import.
Meta Ads
I connected but my ad account isn't listed
Your ad account needs to be inside a Business Manager. Personal ad accounts (not linked to a Business) are not supported. Add the account to a Business Manager at business.facebook.com.
I got a permissions error
You may have unchecked a required permission during the Facebook login flow. Disconnect Meta Ads and reconnect - make sure to allow all permissions when prompted.
My Meta connection expired
Meta tokens expire after 60 days. This is normal. Go to Settings → Integrations → Meta Ads → Reconnect and log in again.
Microsoft Ads
The Microsoft login screen shows an error
Your organization's IT policy may be blocking third-party app connections. Contact your IT admin and ask them to whitelist our application, or use a personal Microsoft account that has access to the ad account.
I changed my Microsoft password and now it doesn't work
Changing your password invalidates the connection. Disconnect and reconnect Microsoft Ads to restore access.
General
The login popup didn't open
Your browser is blocking popups. Look for a popup blocker icon in the address bar and allow popups for our platform, then try again.
I disconnected by mistake
Reconnect from Settings → Integrations. Your previously imported data is still in the platform - you just need to reconnect to sync again.
None of the above helped
Contact our support team at support@fast-thinking.co.uk with:
- Which platform you're trying to connect (Google / Meta / Microsoft)
- What error message you see (a screenshot helps)
- What browser and operating system you're using
